At this time, Empower Therapies does not accept insurance and are private pay only. However, we do accept payment via card, cash and check and will provide a Superbill that you can submit to insurance if you have out-of-network benefits.

Evaluations or treatments must be canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Not canceling within the 48 hour grace period will result in a $20 fee for a missed treatment and $50 for a missed evaluation.

At this time Empower Therapies provides services via Teletherapy, in the community or the comfort of your home! We hope to have a physical location within the next year!
